Whitegum Sangha is an Insight Vipassana Meditation sitting
group located in the Wombat Forest just out of the Mineral Springs
town of Daylesford, Victoria.
Whitegum Sangha sits every Friday
9am – 11am at Aix la Chapelle Studio 55 Whitegum Drive Wheatsheaf.
The form of our weekly sits is
one hour of mindfulness and loving kindness meditation followed
by tea and informal discussion. There are books and reference
material available. Beginners are welcome.
We have special programs when
teachers from the Insight Meditation Teachers Circle visit the
area.
We also hold one day silent sits
as advertised, comprised of sitting, walking and loving kindness
meditation followed by a meal and discussion.
Donations are welcomed. Funds
raised in this way go towards costs and advertising of teacher's
visits.
