Ashtree Sangha is an Insight Meditation (Vipassana) Group based in Clarence Park, Adelaide. The group meets every 2nd Sunday of the month from 3.00 pm to 5.00 pm and is held at a private home, 24 Thames St. Clarence Park. The format consists of a 45
minute meditation period, followed by a time for drinking tea and personal discussion.
A taped Dharma talk follows with 10-20 minutes of discussion on the topic of the talk.
The group sessions are open to anyone interested in Insight Meditation, beginners included.
